Being You Retreats offers you the time to step away from your busy life and relax, unwind, de-stress and re-energise your mind body and spirit allowing you to experience true inner peace.
We are hosting a series of workshops designed to empower you to create changes in your life.
3 hour evening workshop in the yurt monthly from 6.30pm to 9.30pm
Each workshop consists of:
– Gentle, mindful movement
– Accessing and releasing the source of your pain and restrictions
– Conscious breathing and deep relaxation
– Life creation exercises that actually work!
Our inspirational evening in the magical yurt is designed to help you overcome emotional and physical imbalances, giving you the tools and exercises to help you breathe new energy and passion into your life, so that you feel empowered to create the changes you desire.
The use of conscious movement facilitates deep inner awareness and de-stresses the body and mind, giving way to natural relaxation and connection.
Releasing your trapped emotional energy that is inhibiting your free movement instantly gives rise to a brighter and lighter you, whilst the deep breathing session gently leads you to a true inner mind and body connection where your natural healing continues.
During the evening you will be able to experience simple yet powerful meditations, which connect you to the essence of your soul, where eternal peace is always present, and your natural next step in your life is revealed.
Debbie Lake and Anita Wisdom have over 40 years combined experience in mind, body and spirit transformational work.
Light refreshments will be provided.
The yurt is situated in a quiet place in Lower Kingswood, Surrey. You will feel sense of calmness descend over you as you step into a sacred healing place. Mats, chairs, blankets and cushions will allow you to relax into the yurt’s magical ambience.
